Host The Rise

This is a spectacular accommodation in all regards. I have stayed here two years and both have been wonderful. Everything was perfect. Fantastic location, excellent and very clean facilities. All staff are friendly, helpful and doing an outstanding job ^_^

The apartment has a very, very good management team and the staff are very patient and responsible.For the room, premium studio is really spacious, classic studio has a reasonable layout, small and exquisite. Well, there seems to be a historical problem in the apartment. There are always some minor problems with the facilities in the room. Although the staff will help you to solve them soon after receiving feedback, the experience when the problem occurs will be a little bit bad. Overall, this apartment has good quality and reasonable price.

Definitely worth it, I'm in the regular studio and it's decently spacious, building's in a good location, basically right by NTU city campus with all sorts of stores and amenities within walking distance.I had to move in early and at a very awkward time due to circumstances but even then, the management team was very accommodating and helpful.The room originally had a couple of things to be fixed but they responded to all my problems very quickly and was also very helpful with the moving in procedures.

Rooms are good quality with plenty of space, new security features such as CCTV and metal fences are most welcome. Staff are friendly and helpful and try to resolve any issues you may have in a timely manner.All in all, CRM have really turned the place around.

The rise is a really nice student accommodation for all ages at University. The rooms are spacious, perfect for individual use and have extensive storage. The communal areas are kept clean and tidy and again are spacious - an added touch that allows you time out of your room. The reception and maintenance/security staff are all really friendly and helpful.

I had a lot of problems about my studio. The shower is constantly clogged (I am a girl but I have never had this type of problem elsewhere). The plates are put in any way. In addition, there is no host so you will smell food all the time. I had a lot of insects in my bathroom. The bed is very uncomfortable. I left this studio as soon as I could. I do not recommand.

The accommodation is friendly and warmly. The studios are really spacious and there’s plenty of storage with en-suite bathroom. Even the common area is nice and filled with a lot of games. It’s worth ever penny to spend and stay here in The Rise.

This is the worst accommodation I've ever experience. i moved in late due to building delays and when i got there it was filthy and incomplete. The lift had not been working throughout my whole stay and i live on the 5th floor. Not only is the Landlord negligent the property managers are incompetent and they do not care about any inconvenienced caused to students at the property , their personal safety or well being. I was left without heating from 28th of sept up until i practically begged the property manager to release me from the contact. i moved out the 26th of April and i haven't received my deposit nor any other funds owed to me. There has been random strangers in the building multiple times and multiple break ins. i wouldn't recommend to anybody

I feel very comfortable here. It's really spaciius which is wonderful for me (am art student). It's near Trent uni which is wonderful and it's really clean. I was amazed when I arrived at how brand new" my room looked. Plus

If you live on the 4th floor, good luck. Room completely infested with insects, especially in the bathroom and now at the point being all over my bed, desk and kitchen. Brushed off as an issue only on the 4th floor, and has been an ongoing problem since my tenancy.
