Jason is very friendly and accommodating. My husband went on the slower biplane, seats are a lot more comfortable which was good as he has a bad back. If you don't have a clue what to get someone as a gift, this is an amazing experience that's not strenuous for the more mature.

Took my 14 year old twins and they had a ball competing against each other. Great experience and the instructor was in constant radio contact offering tips and advice. Really professional and friendly.

An absolutely fantastic experience! I arranged this aviation adventure for my daughter who adores ✈️. The flight instructor was incredibly supportive, patiently guiding her through piloting a Cessna Skyhawk and an F19 – from takeoff to landing – while expertly explaining every instrument in the cockpit. She cherished every second of the fully immersive 180-degree screens, feeling as if she were truly soaring through the skies. The added touch of communication headsets enhanced the realism and made it even more captivating. We're definitely planning to book another session soon.

I would not recommend this organisation and agree with many of the other reviews that their administration is dire. They say on their website that they send out vouchers within 24 hours - timing being an important consideration when buying a voucher as a present. My voucher never turned up and they never answered the phone or responded to my emails/phone messages asking for an update. I am still attempting to get a refund from them and they say that their terms and conditions and that I am not entitled to a refund even though I have not received a voucher to make a booking! They also attempt to rely upon the fact that they need to make a claim against Royal Mail before they can reimburse me. Any organisation with a commitment to service would say: “sorry you have not received your voucher, let us send you another straight away or would you like a refund”. Instead, I am having to try and reclaim the money through PayPal. If that does not work, I will issue a claim in court immediately. Probably the worst service I have come across for some time.Response to my review - thank you for your comments below. I think you make the case for me. It should not be necessary to go through a claims procedure with PayPal and/or to issue proceedings to get a refund from you. When it’s common ground that the service has not been provided it should be made straight away. Instead I have three unanswered calls to your office, an email which was not responded to, messages on Instagram which were initially just deleted, countless messages with you via the Paypal system, now messages on here but strangely and most importantly still no refund.
