He saved the day when my chain nearly fell apart and his support and good humour stopped me having a nervous breakdown.Maura Duffy (office manager) was also amazing, providing me with expert advice in all areas of the move, pushing solicitors and purchaser to keep things moving, and providing valuable emotional support and good humour throughout the process.All members of the Chorlton team have a high degree of property selling expertise, but it was the human touch that made the difference. Perhaps an unusual review - as the buyers we're more likely to take a dim view of the seller's agents - but the team was great - and Maura in particular was absolute gem throughout.She was patient (beyond belief), incredibly helpful, and absolutely could not have gone any further to help us with anything we needed at any point.Thanks to the team at JF we got our dream home despite the challenges of the seller's solicitors - and most of all to Maura!

Nobody ever answers the phones.Was contacted via email & voicemail with an offer for a rental property we had applied for, only to have the offer rescinded almost immediately because I was in work & missed the call.I responded to the email offer just 25 minutes after receiving it, only to get a brief response advising that they had already given it to another tenant & it had been accepted.There was absolutely no curtesy of giving us a chance to call back, there was absolutely no attempt made to contact my partner who was also jointly applying with me.I know that the rental market is competitive, but imagine punishing potential tenants for having a job! I have never been treated with such contempt and disrespect by a business.

I must admit I found the whole experience of moving house at 75 quite an experience!Without however the support from Maura and Josh at the Chorlton branch I think I would have gone under. They went the extra mile, Josh helping me with the technology and Maura actually driving me home to collect documents needed by the solicitor on the last minute, the day we were completing!They sold the house within a week and gave me wonderful buyers, who now live in what was my lovely house, whilst I’m in a luxury ground floor flat with a balcony and terrace! Very pleased with the service received.

We were very pleased with the assistance from Jordan Fishwick, especially Stewart, who was in the thick of it between purchasers, sellers, solicitors and other estate agents sorting out issues with the chief rent (a nightmare!) and a potential change of moving date. Reviewing both as a renter (departing) and new owner, both through JF. First of all, renting- Joely in particular was great to deal with- responsive and pragmatic throughout the process. Buying- I dealt with Stewart initially and then Maura. Both very responsive and professional and Maura was lovely and very understanding when the process was delayed for a short time due to my Mum being in hospital. Would be nice if JF could now come and take their sign down :)

The team at Jordan Fishwick Chorlton could not have offered a better service. Constantly efficient, courteous and calming. Selling and buying places to live are rarely stress-free so I really struck gold with this team.
