Paid via the app but the attendant screamed at me over the tannoy saying that I needed to pay. Forced to get out and show him, defeating the whole point of the stupid app. It’s also a complete ripoff!

I know nobody really cares because it's a petrol station, but the company who took over this station (MFG) are despicable. I worked here quite briefly and when they took over, we were told we'd have to complete a hefty amount of online training in our spare time FOR FREE. It amounted to around 15-20 hours of training. They gave us barely a week to do this, and told us if we didn't complete it by the 23rd of December, we'd be fined £50. The most evil, exploitative business I've ever had the displeasure to work for. Needless to say, I did not complete the training and quit within days.They also decided they were going to open the doors at night and start selling alcohol past 10pm (I'm not sure if this has been done) and got extremely annoyed when I, a 20 year old girl who worked completely alone, was not enthused by this idea.I'm pretty sure they did this on purpose. The new franchise owners were South Asian men and most of the staff were white. Basically every white staff member quit and when I've been forced to pop in there, I've noticed that all the staff are now South Asian males. Nothing wrong with that in general, but I think they planned for this and wanted the original staff to quit so they could replace us with their mates.

Many reports of people stealing money from people by claiming that transaction has not gone through when it has. Avoid this place.

No long hoses. Some only offer diesel.

Went in to put air in tyres. Asked for change in the shop. He told me I had to buy something so he could grt into his till. Went out to fill tyres with air. The machine didn't work. So now I'm £2 worse off and my tyres are even more deflated. Useless.
