I used Kent Property Clearance to empty my Dad's house after his death. Bill is lovely to deal with; he's friendly and approachable and he keeps his clients informed every step of the way. He and his team cleared the house very quickly and left it spotless. As I wasn't at the property at the time of the clearance, Bill also took great care to inform me of anything he found in the house that may have been of sentimental/financial value to me. I was extremely pleased with the service offered and would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this company.

From the moment I contacted Bill I was very impressed. He was very prompt, courteous, honest and reliable. He gave me a fair quote for all of the work needed to be done. Listened to my wishes carefully and managed to clear the house in a day which must have been a task considering how much there was in the loft as well which was packed to the rafters. He kept me well informed and updated all the way through. The saleable items were put into auction and a fair part of the profits were taken off the final invoice. Kent Property Clearance were appointed in June 2022 to undertake a complex move and clearance project for us. This involved relocating teams to other sites, relocating furniture and disposing of unwanted items.The project lasted for 9 months and during this time Bill and the team provided a very efficient service, nothing was too much trouble and they worked very quickly through the tasks. I was arranging a house clearance for my mum, after she went into care. Kent Property Clearance were superb from start to finish. Having never done this before I chose them at random, but was fully reassured by the level of information and thoughtfulness shown in our initial conversation. Following that, Bill and the team turned up on time, took time to understand what I wanted, made some good suggestions and cleared the house efficiently. Bill and his colleague did a fantastic job clearing a large quantity of garden waste. They left the area very tidy afterwards and even advised about safe disposal of some hazardous waste I was unaware of. Communicated well throughout and was up front about costs of extra waste that needed taking. Would definitely recommend.
