Just signed off on my new car with Glyn Hopkins, exciting!The lovely Brandon done a great job helping me find what was right for me. Very friendly and has no problem going above and beyond, I can tell he is passionate in what he does. Test drove two cars with Brandon which was a good experience, felt very comfortable. I had just purchased a used car from Glyn Hopkins, and I had very good experience from customer service to selection of vehicles that suits my requirement. I would like to especially thank Brandon for his patience and professional service provided, that helped me to find the right car I wanted. All the terms were clearly explained, and all the paperworks were handled swiftly and properly. Brandon had also kept me informed on every step of the progress on preparation of car delivery. Finally, Brandon also explained thoroughly all the functions and usage of the car before we leave with the car today. Myself and my fiancée went to have a look at some cars on there forecourt, Thomas Johnson approached us asking if we’re interested in of their cars. We said yes a Nissan Micra it was on there forecourt less than 24 hrs when it came in the day before we brought it 24 hours later. I cannot fault how much they keep me updated right up to the collection of our car. I must say Thomas was very laid back didn’t push us compare other sales people in the pass. Thomas was very patient with us and given me a good deal on the vehicle we purchased. I must say Glyn Hopkin Romford been outstanding and accommodating with us right until handover of the car. There not a bad word I can say about this company. Definitely will be going back to look new car in a few year time. What I like most Thomas said he check in with us every so often about our car and with us build relationship up as repeating customer to glyn hopkin romford brand.I will be telling my friend and family to go and see Thomas if they wanting Nissan car because I cannot fault he level of customer service and support from this person. I am in love with my purchase, even now still question Thomas is so helpful and try answering them best if he can.

Our visit to Glyn Hopkin MG Romford was made very pleasant and welcome by both the sales manager and Umberto, the sales person. Umberto knew everything about the cars and all the options for buying. Not one question could he not answer. We were very happy to order a new MG EV4 X-Power. We are cash buyers and the whole process was smooth with no hard selling of other products but we decided to purchase GAP insurance anyway as it’s good value in and wanted to protect the value of the new car.Loads of tea and coffee available. We’ve been Glyn Hopkin customers for nearly 17 years and had Five cars over those years and always feel at home.Would recommend a visit to the MG Romford store as these cars have moved on in quality and are amazing value.

Do not Reserve or buy from this Glyn Hopkin Nissan Romford - I reserved car on 23-Aug-2023 and despite multiple follow-up in August/Sep and up to now never received my money back. On email they last responded on 30Sep23, informed money will be returned to my bank account but up to now money is still with them and never received it back. Very poor customer service, if you are reserving and not buying - be prepared to lose your money...

I recently purchased a vehicle from this establishment and was initially quite pleased with the sales team. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and made the buying process a breeze.However, my enthusiasm was dampened when I encountered issues with the ABS system within just two months of my purchase. At the time of sale, I was assured a 6-month warranty covering any electrical or mechanical failures. Unfortunately, this warranty did not cover situations where previous servicing was done incorrectly. This crucial detail was not communicated to me, and I was left to bear the cost.The situation was made even more disheartening by the less-than-helpful attitude of Amelia from the service team. Her responses were curt and dismissive, even going so far as to imply that I was at fault for the incorrect servicing.Ultimately, I ended up paying for the necessary replacement. I believe there is a clear need for improved customer service training at Glyn Hopkins. Empathy and understanding should be paramount when dealing with frustrated customers, rather than placing blame. Additionally, it's crucial that customers are provided with explicit information regarding potential charges and what falls outside the scope of the warranty.
