We had the paella for a 60th birthday celebration in our garden last weekend. I would have no hesitation in hiring again or recommending to others. Matthew was very professional throughout - good communication at the planning stage, time keeping and food preparation on the day. The paella and salads did not disappoint - all our guests commented how good it was, and there was plenty of it!

We found Hog Roast of Gloucestershire after being horrendously let down by our wedding caterer 6 weeks before the big day. Matthew received a pleading phone call on Wednesday morning from us and instantly put our minds at rest and took charge of the situation. Even though they already had two weddings booked for the same day they went above and beyond to make sure they could fit us in, provide canapes, a superb hog roast and dish up our cake in a calm and professional manner.We are so glad they did, as they both saved and made our wedding day. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was.Also thank you to the waitress (sorry we can't remember her name!) who when asked if there were any sausages left for our 18 month old to occupy him during speeches, conjured up a fruit 'smiley face' which was both admired and devoured by our little boy....you made his day!Wishing you all the best for this wedding season and we have another occasion to cater we will be on the phone.

Hog was absolutely delicious, turned up on time and was collected early the next morning. Reliable and helpful company and would use again.
