Direct Fence

I placed an order on 10th April with estimated delivery of 10 - 12 days. After much chasing and a bad review they promised to deliver on 30th May. I waited in all day. No delivery. A few days later a lorry delivered the fence panels and posts but not the trellis. I chased them since them and still don't have my goods. Last email 11th June promises that they will investigate and get back to me same day before midday. I am still waiting! They don't answer their phone either. Do not trust unless you are planning a project for next year and have plenty of time to chase them! The one star is for the delivery man who was apologetic and polite and clearly stressed. Heading to the small claims court on line now as I have been patient enough...
