Called on Saturday to get a part ordered was told to call on monday so the part could be ordered should have got it wednesday but now we are at the weekend again and part still hasnt arrived and not being kept up to date other than that if they have the stock instore you would be fine but if it needs to be ordered its not worth holding your breath

Great place with amazing and helpful staff, so far with like 7 different cars and all the issues I've had they where able to help, tools, parts and even an in house paint person that can help. Alec Orrs is a highly recommended place

Called in 5.45pm stood at the counter, 2 girls wouldn't make eye contact, 1 behind counter 1 in front. Eventually asked what I wanted, told me to call next morning @ 9am? Why have staff?
