Called Jesmond Tree Surgery today for a quote about tree pruning, person I spoke to was abrupt and rude, he said they weren’t cheap and the quote was the quote and they were busy( didn’t have to sharpen his pencil for anyone). Gave him my surname and spelled it out ( Asian name ) . He said call West Jesmond tree Surgeon especially with someone with my surname and then went on to say I thought you said Smith.Bang out of order.

Had this company out today (29 April 21) and they were great. Cleared away after them and the lads were polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this company. I received a prompt response to my initial enquiry. I was given a very reasonable quote compared to 2 other companies. The work was finished to a high standard. The garden was left in a good condition. As the trees removed were near to a fence it was inevitable that some damage occurred. But without asking they came back and fixed it with a few days.I am very happy with this firm and would definitely use Stephen and his team again.

Did a great job at short notice removing three tree stumps in an area that was particularly difficult for access.Cleaned up well afterwards, couldn’t have asked for better.

Discovered via a recommendation, quick replies to emails and Steve was very friendly, knowledgeable when came he to inspect the work and quote. Quote confirmed in writing within a few days outlining the work proposed which was great.Work done to a high standard and all cuttings tidied up after.Only improvement might be payment options. The invoice should have details to pay via BACS but this is only a minor frustration.Would use again and recommend to others.Thanks again.
