Inverness railway station
Possibly the worst city train station in the UK.Basic amenities you'd expect to be open until the last train are closed. Considering very few trains in and out of Inverness have a cafe service these days there's no where to get a coffee or tea in the station and the toilets close ridiculously early so you'd better hope the ones on your train are functional.

Just a normal train station, not very pretty or particularly clean and the toilets cost money (20p). The staff are happy and friendly. When we went, our train was on time and we found the station fine. We got lost on the way from the station to the bus stop though and missed the bus. That's because the signs to the bus station are misleading. Better ask a member of staff or trust Maps to navigate.

I'm not a big fan of this station. The station looks run down and worst of all they charge for the toilets. I had to hold it in while waiting for my train. Not pleasant. The member of staff I meet at ticket desk was not friendly or accomidating. Overall very poor experiences.

Front of staff Gemma and George extremely unhelpful and left my 15 year old son stranded at the station. Thankfully Ewan Anderson was there to help but do not expect any help from those two. Disgusting behaviour

Using the toilets costs 50p and a staff member gives change from a little office when you knock on the door. Like the Monty Python show. Having to pay shows a meanness of spirit that you wouldn’t normally expect in Scotland

Second time I have been delayed In Elgin and missed my change over to Kyle line. Get new trains!!!! Not that expensive
