New Smile Dental Care

It's always a warm welcome at New Smile and incredibly clean! I've recently purchased the teeth whitening at home kit which has made my teeth about 4 shades whiter in only a couple of weeks, I couldn't be happier and get compliments all the time. Simon and Gavin were amazing, they are extremely knowledgeable and the whole process was really quick and easy. Would definitely recommend!

I have a really bad dental phobia. After trying several dentists and having bad experiences, I came to New Smile. All the staff are wonderful. The dentist Abdul was quiet and patient and explained things well. The nurse Beth was very calming and understanding, and helped me through my panic.I have now had 4 fillings which I had been putting off, which wouldn't have happened if the staff weren't so great.

This dental surgery is top-notch! I highly recommend this service. From the polite and helpful receptionists, to the welcoming dental assistants and excellent dentists themselves, the customer experience is second to none! I am very grateful to be at this surgery. Lets be honest, no one really likes a trip to the dentist, but if you have to go, these guys will look after you. Lovely friendly staff and always a great service.

Simon Agabeg is an excellent dentist and leader - he has developed a first rate practice, keeping fully abreast of new technologies and treatments. They have been looking after my teeth since the early 90's - and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Special mention also for Gavin Kellet, hygiene therapist.

I have been coming for the past 20 years to the practice to see 1 dentist in particular. James has always looked after my teeth & helped with any issues I've had. He makes you feel very calmed & it's why I've not wanted to change & never will. Keep it up James, credit to the practice.

I saw the other reviews saying that Simon was great at wisdom teeth extractions and that it would be painless.. I was skeptical but decided to go here after one of mine became infected. I’ve not been to the dentist in 6 years but felt instantly at ease. The extraction was completely painless, as were the local anaesthetic injections! It was almost too easy, they even let me keep my tooth in a little bag!

This morning I had dental surgery in new Smile dental care , and i was amazed the level of caring and professionalism i received during my stay in the dental practice. The dentist Simon was very experienced and caring who really made me like home when he was doing the operation . he was using the most modern technology i have ever seen in dental care. he print my teeth filling right in front me in new machine which only took five minutes. and the top his customer service was exceptional. I was also amazed the level of caring and customer service i received from the assistant dental nurse(Tracey). she was very friendly and caring persons through my operation. Brilliant with children, my son has autism and sensory difficulties and finds teeth brushing and putting things in his mouth too much but the staff at this dental practice are brilliant, they’re so patient and understanding, they explain everything that they’re going to do and also let him see the tools that they’ll be using, also very good at breaks if getting distressed. Cannot fault them whatsoever brilliant practice, clean and friendly staff

James is a most excellent dentist. He has been taking care of my teeth for 25 years, would not trust anyone else near them. Top marks for a top Dentist!
