This is a beautifully and cleverly designed super fun water park for young children. Three stars though as too many cameras and security men. Wierd zero tolerance of child nudity (being ask to dress a 2 year child in changing room not in public) and parents getting told off for children running around naked. How has simple play become so monitored and controlled? Why are their security men in black unfriendly uniforms with radios policing Childrens play and attire ? I’ve never experienced that at any other park…

We really love Elephant Springs but just before school started (inset day) we came to visit as it a was very hot day but the water wasn't turned on. Disappointed adults and kids. However, it's a lovely area with some nice eateries around

Weather is highs of 29 degrees and the water is not on. Not much to do here with the little ones without it. There’s two slides and some sand but no other playground equipment. The water really is the highlight. Wasn’t worth the hour travel at all! I have given it two stars because it is quite a clean open space just not utilising it’s potential at all!

Place is nice. Very small, but well designed from a landscape architecture point of view.Biggest problem was that the water fountain wasn't working, which was very frustrating bc we had been wanting to go there for a long time and waited for a hot day. To get there with yesterday's temperature and not find any water wasn't nice. There was a sign that warned to be careful with sand, to avoid getting it into the fountain area because that clogs the fountains, which got me wondering why they put a sandpit RIGHT BY THE FOUNTAINS. Anyone knows that you can't really control a bunch of kids around water and sand (lol). Plus: most kids can't even read the sign. Seems like a big design error. They could've forseen this issue and designed it out... They must spend loads on maintenance.I'll update this review when I experience the water springs working.

It's a lovely place in theory, but the water fountains kept stopping because children keep throwing sand in the drainage and it gets blocked. Some workers came twice to remove the sand from inside the drainage and asked children not to throw any sand, but as soon as they left some children started throwing sand in again so the water stopped for good as the workers didn't come back. Overall it's a bad design as they have put the sand pit right next to the drainage. Those who built it knew nothing about children's nature!

Fantastic destination especially on a summer's day. Water play for the little ones. Plenty of options for food and drink in the immediate vicinity. Toilet available.

Really cool spot for kids and big kids too! I would be giving this 5 out of 5 except for the fact that there was no water there today in 30 degree heat. A lady I spoke to said it was the same the last time she was there last year too. I'd love to go when the water is working and there is water flowing in the streams. Fingers crossed they sort this out soon as it's too good of a spot to be sitting in disrepair.

This place is absolutely brilliant when it works. However, there are often problems meaning there is no water. Unfortunately the management do not generally update through Google maps, twitter etc meaning there are crowds of families who have travelled to the springs and end up with disappointed children. Given the staff on site it would be so easy to provide updates when the springs are working or broken, and it would make an enormous difference.
