Kwik Fit Plus - South Ruislip

I went to this rubbish garage to get my cars wheel alignment sorted. The guy goes for a test drive come back with two thumbs up to confirm it’s done so I paid them £70 go out to return within 5 min as my car was pulling badly to the left he puts it up on the ramp and said it’s fine which I refused I told them just give me my money back as you guys are making it worse he refused claiming they have done the work which they haven’t then he tried to tell me my car has been a accident when it hasn’t after a big of a argument the manger said to refund me I went to another garage paid £50 and my car was back to normal and just before the guy gave me my money he told me never to return when it was there fault

Phil and Thanojan went above and beyond to get my tyre issue sorted. Even through my tyre insurance company being very incompetent.I mentioned to Phil I have a meeting I need to get too. He ensured and tried everything to make sure I made it!

From June 9th:I went to have 4 tyres changed on my car.I was told it would be done 30-45 mins, so I waited.There were 3-4 young lads working on my car who were messing around throughout and playing silly games and at times chasing each other round the garage.Ray, the duty manager, on at least 3 occasions (once prompted by me) shouted at them as they were wasting time. On the last occasion, he explained that they were struggling to get old tyres off some of the alloys.1.5 hours later when the job was done I inspected the quality of work completed, as I know I keep my alloys in pristine condition and all 4 did not have a mark on them prior to arrival at Kwik fit that day.The driver side front alloy had been several dents and scratches on there so I called Ray out.Ray dealt with it and said he would refer it on. It was then confirmed that alloy could be fixed at Kwik fits cost.Subsequently I found 2 ‘lever’ marks on 2 other alloys.When I returned to the branch Ray no longer works there, and Phill said the other marks were nothing to do with them, he even claimed that the other alloy should not have been paid out.Spoke to area manager Joe who also said he could do nothing.Other than Ray who has not gone, the service was appalling.I strongly recommend that if you get your tyres changed here that 1, you stay and watch, and 2, you take pics of your alloys before and after changing tyres.

Call Durp got my van booked in within two days. Really helpful staff got the MOT advisory. The van was rebooked in the next day to get all the parts done really happy with the service

10 stars!I had a hard time before i came to this garage as the first garage I have been to to get my TPMS fixed scammed and lied to me.I went to this garage and the manager Phil Bush and his team had work together to get the issue fixed and they provided a good customer service and met the customer satisfaction. Also, i have seen that he was teaching his staff how to relearn the new sensor. Having such a good leader who is willing to share his knowledge is what this company needs.Big thank you for Phil for giving me discount and giving me peace of mind with my car. I will definitely recommend this garage to other drivers looking to get their cars fixed.

I had a pesky what I thought was a mount displacement in my 2008 Honda Civic . I called the South Ruislip Branch and explained to Phil ( Manager) what the issue was. He told me to bring the car to the garage the following day. Within 30 mins Phil and his team had a check of the car and found that there was a link loose in the car. Phil instructed his team to rectify the issue for me. I was so pleased and happy to have my car back to normal again. Thank you Phil and the team. Great customer service and experience shown by Phil and his team. He quickly rectified the problem with our flat tyre and resolved the problem quick and efficiently. A really good person that is willing to go over and beyond. Highly recommend this team

I rated you as 1 because I was not happy with my recent Interim Service at Kwik Fit South Ruislip.Phil the Manager was not there on last Wednesday 6th, when I left my Audi A3 for service. I used Kwik Fit South Ruislip for Audi A3 MOT, and another car Polo servicing. I was happy on the previous occasions because the Manager Phil was present. He seemed to be a decent fellow. But, on 6/11 he was not there. The young person at desk rang around 11.30 a.m. and said to me over the phone:Your car requires quite a lot things doing: 1) Wheel Alignment requires to be done 2) All 4 tiers needs replacing 3) One of the seat belt needs replacing etcI said to him: Do not do anything until I get to your garage! When I went to your garage I asked to see the service engineer Gary. I asked why does Wheel Alignment need doing? He said it does not.Then I asked him: what is wrong with my seat belt? He said I could not check your rear seat belts because 2 child car seats are attached.I asked him did the lad at the counter inform you that my rear wind screen washer water in not spraying, which I had asked him specifically to look into it. His answer was he did, but I could not clear it . You will have to make another appointment with the person who does the diagnostic!Regarding the tires: I asked him why the tires need replacing? He said they are over 5 years old. I pointed out to him in 2018 I replaced all 4 tires, and for 2 years the car has been sitting at home because of Covid. Why should I replace them when I find them in good condition! My car is 13 years old and it has only done 28800 miles on the clock. I do less than 2300 miles per year. When the car was sitting at home during 2020 and 2021, why does not service engineer use his head to realize what the customer is pointing out!In conclusion: sack the young lad at the desk. Reprimand the service engineer for doing a shoddy job and trying to make money out of me!I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO KWIK FIT SOUTH RUISLIP.
