Received faulty product, no customer service team exists - This website is a scandal, stay away.Ordered a discounted Tennis racket paying £100 but received a faulty product and have written to their claims as well as sales team many a times but no response. This website is a dumping ground of faulty products, stay away.

I’ve purchased equipment from this outlet before & had no real issue with them. It’s just been over the past two purchases that I go online, pay for the item to be told that it can only be partially fulfilled & there would be a 3-4 day delay to my order arriving. At this time I’ve waited a week for half my order to arrive, now to be told by the Courier Company they’re using that it will arrive 3 days later. No real communication from Tennis Nuts other than an automated confirmation of dispatch & no communication when the rest of the order will arrive; even after chasing them … really not good enough.

My order arrived in 2 days and I ordered on boxing day. I’ve made a refund the same day because the size didn’t fit. I received emails every time my order/refund was going through a faze, so very happy with that.Not 5 stars because I got a refund when I’ve asked for an exchange in the return form and by phone but I still had to pay again for the right sized item and waited for the refund to go through.

I ordered my two new racquets yesterday and they arrived today in perfect condition! I'd advise perhaps some good branded packaging to send the items in but all in all I'm very satisfied and can't wait to try them out on court ☺️

Avoid! Truly terrible service. A racket snapped after only a couple of uses which I sent back to them. I have to chase for acknowledgement of receipt was told a further 2-4 days. 3 months later and 7 chasers and finally a response. No apology no offer of recompense. I finally got them to agree to a refund. Later they told me they had paid and hadn't. 4 chasers and 3 months later finally received the refund. Disgraceful customer service

Just bought a table tennis top & 2 decent bats and another item that sadly wasn't in stock but great communication from Dean throughout with a sense of humour thrown in to boot. Highly recommend.

The company won't let you return items if you try it out even once. Dont shop here unless you want to lose money. Customer service is also awful.
