Massive thank you to Barry who came out today after a cowboy builder left me with broken and cracked tiles after botching a job. Barry patched it up the same day I phoned him so I can use my shower. I will 100% use him when I come to re tile the bathroom fully next year. Thank you again! (Jodie)

Excellent tiler hard working team thanks again

It is a shame as Barry is a nice person ( thought so ) and attended to our property to laid 120x120 tiles.Due to the share size couple of tiles got broken by Barry as not dealt with correctly-no suction tools ( not suggested reimbursement at all - each tile £150 ) and due to the fact that we estimated cut outs we had to re-order tiles. As these are special order this took supplier 6 weeks to deliver.Barry received payment for his services up to the point when he run out of tiles ( I insisted of paying him and oh boy I was so wrong doing so as if not paid he would be almost forced to come back to receive pay ) and was due to come back to finish the cupboard tiling and when new batch of tiles were supposed to be delivered to finish the job off.Barry's phone went silent-Not responding to calls and messages on Facebook. Due to the fact that job is done half way it will be difficult to find someone who will not be questioning the situation. We have no clue what colour/manufacturer of grout was used up to point to make things ever more difficult. Asked in message just to indicate to us that information-Barry was not bothered to respond. Today i used different mobile number to call Barry-When he called back and realised it was me he started to pretend that he can't hear me and loosing his signal. What a Joke of the guy! Also as per Pictures the level is not perfect and in some places ( stairs ) we need to re cut tiles to hide imperfections. So using this opportunity I would like to Say:Thank you Barry.
