PSR Experience (Hooton Park / Ellesmere Port)

Bought my partner an experience for our anniversary but unfortunately on the day we was meant to go. There was a flood on the hooton train track leaving my self and my partner unable to get there. Got all the way into town to find out I was unable to get there. Sent an email stating what’s happened and they expect me to pay an additional £30 just to go their another date. They clearly know what’s going on in their area. I’m really unhappy as this experience was bought as gift but now it’s a waste of money. Avoid by all costs clearly have no understanding of customer service. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I would give 0 if I could.

I got a Buy-a-gift experiance for PSR and Hooton Park was my closest. I chose to upgrade and take out the insurance waiver (£40 in 2023), I also chose to upgrade to take the ariel atom out, but there was a mechanical issue and it had to be put in the garage and was not available, so i got to choose another car instead (McLaren). Which is well worth the cost for a little bit of fun !Your turn comes through quickly and the instructors are amazing. They are really inspiring calm and the more they see you enjoying the car, the more they push you to have even more fun.This is fun for all of the family and for people of any driving experiance, they even taken kids out on the track, and are completly safe as you have an instructor in the car with you at all times and they have a brake pedal as well. The instructors are watching out for you and will tell you what to do and when to keep everyone safe on the track and to make sure everyone has a lot of fun at the same time.I would reccomend this 100% if you're a bit of a motorhead

Customer service response could be improved as I am still waiting 8 days on since my original email. Which I feel is to long considering my small request. Disappointing that I had to chase for a response after 5 days I am being told it could be another 7-10 days to hear anything.Honestly the best track I have ever done! (And I have done a good few)The team are brilliant and make your day amazing!Thanks again PSR - I’ll be back soon!

I had problem after problem with 'car chase heroes' who seem to be some sort of middle man. Car chase heroes were simply terrible! Someone working for them let slip that they are a middle man who took bookings for psr experience. I googled PSR experience and contacted them directly.They were absolutley superb. So much so that I was dreading turining up to this event having booked 2 cars for my two boys as a christmas present. PSR experinece sorted over 1 phone call the mess that car chase heroes had managed. I did wonder whether it was too good to be true!It wasn't.The whole experience was perfectly managed and excecuted from the word go. The boys aboslutely loved their experience and I can't sing high enough praises of PSR.JUST BOOK DIRECT WITH PSR!!!On a side note... as with all these type of things, take your pocket money with you as their is upsell everywhere!Thankyou PSR!

1st time going got a 2 Supercar experience and a high speed passenger ride with a professional driver at three sisters race circuit and it was all brilliant all the instructors were brilliant as I’m only 15 never driven was a bit nervous but they just let me take my time to get calm and focus I rode with Scott for my high speed passenger ride and it was brilliant.

Richard was my favourite instructor such a great place recommend it

Great price and good experience, the staff are friendly and helpful and you don't feel like a burden or pressured into anything like at some other driving venues. The cars were good to drive and the instructor was helpful and allowed us to drive to our individual capability.Only reason this isn't a 5 is the track is rather small, but this is probably reflected in the price.Would recommend.

Enjoyed my experience today - great team of people. Rick C was calm, friendly and had some great suggestions to help me get the most out of the experience in the Lamborghini. Mohammed did some great demonstration laps for us in the taxi. Highly recommended.
