Having shopped around for quotes, this is the best company I've dealt with. Plus they're a local family business.Every appointment was kept on time. No 'hard sell' or pressure to spend more, I only wanted 1 door and 1 window and that's all they quoted. I'm very pleased with the price.The fitters who did the work were very polite, respectful of our property and did an excellent job.I will use them again in future and would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

Principality Windows are great - from quoting stage to installation I have nothing but compliments to issue - there is no pressure when quote is issued which I found refreshing and Kevin is incredibly helpful to any question you may hold and full of suggestions to any requirement.The installation team Jamie, Ben and Gabriel were something else and represent the firm with real pride same as they apply to their workmanship leaving me with a top quality job, their cleanliness, professionalism and approach are a credit to any firm.Also the window quality is of a very high standard and comes with a long guarantee.To close out I do not write many reviews I felt it necessary after a great experience.

Rob Renee, the BDM, provided brilliant support from start to finish. He offered me a product which exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with my new 'stable' door; it fits the bill exactly!Rob kept in touch every step of the way and order to installation only took about a fortnight.The fitters, Ben & Jamie?? were polite, efficient and left the room and outside spotless when they left. They were very pleasant young men who got on with the job with the minimum of fuss and obviously knew what they were doing.Thanks Rob and your team for a VERY satisfied customer who would recommend Principality Windows anytime.

We would like to thank Principality WIndows for their outstanding service. :) Kevin is very punctual, helpful and understanding. He clearly explained the price differences and helped us choose the products that are best suits our home, as well as, our budget. He provided the quote so promptly. The quote was easy to follow(very clear and detailed) and the price was the best among a selection of glazing companies.The waiting time was much shorter than we expected. The windows and doors were fitted by Jamie, Ben, and Gabriel who were excellent. They worked incredibly clean and left us no mess. They were very kind and offered to help us move a couple of our heavy items without being asked. :) The company is also Covid-19 ready. The boys arrived with their own flasks and pack lunches. They wore masks and established a clean and safe working environment with a big disinfectant (antibacterial) dispenser and paper towel.We are really impressed with the marvellous service we've received and would like to recommend Principality WIndows to anyone who needs uPVC Windows and Doors in South Wales.

I had a 3 metre sliding door installed. Service was excellent, the boys that came were friendly and professional - did a great job at making good once door was installed. Thrilled with the end result.

Kevin the owner came out on time agreed. Very pleasant man, no pushy sales tactics, just advise & helpful knowledge. As we have a small cottage size door & small windows. Placed our order. Just waiting for windows now. Service so for excellent.

A few of our old windows had started misting up so we contacted Kevin from Principality to come and take a look to see what our options were. We had a few different window styles that needed replacement including some in the conservatory with geo bars. Kevin did the measurements and was able to provide us with a quote during his visit. We went ahead and placed a deposit and just a few weeks later our new windows have been fitted. They look fantastic and we only wish we'd contacted him sooner as the service was very good value and we're so pleased with the results. Would recommend to others for the professional and reliable service provided.

Just had all of our windows and doors replaced with Principality Windows. Kevin first called to the house to give us a quote. We told him what we were looking for and he was very helpful and explained to us what he could offer which was exactly what we wanted. Had to wait a while before we had them fitted but we understood the issues suppliers were having with getting materials. The installation team Gabriel, Ben and Merlin were fantastic! The quality of the windows and doors are great! Gabriel, Ben and Merlin are a great asset to the company. They tidy up after themselves each day and are so polite. They answer any questions you may have about the products and installation process. I would highly recommend Principality Windows!

Excellent company, absolutely no pressure, competitively priced, extremely happy with our composite front door (Truedor) designed to our specification.
