Purchased a cb500 track bike with spare wheels with wet tyres. Really helpful and friendly store owner and delivered bike for free for me the same evening so I could use on track next day. The bike is great and got a great deal on the price. I will definitely buy another bike from here.

Did me a good deal on a Fazer 600.Loads of stock, a really interesting place to browse around. They do a lot of insurance clearance bikes. Mine was a Cat C - they sorted the paperwork and MOT, no problems at all.Google's address is out of date, they've moved to the other side of the railway line - check the website for the new address

Ignorant could not be bothered to get out of his chair asked if he had any chain cleaner answers with NoI was interested in a bike but said to the husband don't bother go somewhere else

Called them about a bike they were advertising, had a chat and agreed to buy it. Said they'd call me about delivery. Called them back several times over next few days asking what was happening. People I spoke to very unhelpful and always just told me to call back later because the delivery man was out or it wasn't them who talked to me originally. Last person I spoke to said they'd take a message and assured me I would get a call but obviously I never did so no purchase was made. Very poor customer service.

Purchased a 50cc for our daughter, to replace a poor Chinese scooter. Arranged a viewing on a Sunday. Towed it away same day. Few issues with the bike itself, not any fault of the dealer's. They sorted it several times, without any fuss. Eventually handed the bike back as we agreed it was a faulty sample. Guys all very helpful, accommodating and understanding. Will be back for her 125cc next year!
