My son suffers from chronic anxiety and needed root canal treatment so this was always going to be a challenge. Rose led the procedure accompanied by her team and I cannot recommend her highly enough. The care, patience and explanation needed throughout the treatment to provide calm reassurance to my son allowed him to cope. A heartfelt thank you.

Disappointing lack of flexibility yesterday. Yes, I was 5mins late but sometimes things such as traffic get in the way of being on time. Could the dentist have seen me - well he seemed to be doing something incredibly important in what appeared to be a stationary cupboard, eavesdropping as I apologised to the receptionist. Next possible appointment - October. Not good enough - a lot to learn in respect of customer service. Goodbye.
