James and the team at Daniel Robinson were fantastic during the incredibly hard time me and my family have recently gone through. My stepdad died of Covid in January 2021 and James did everything he could to ensure the funeral planning was as stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend them again. Even under Covid restrictions the team were sensitive to our needs and accommodating the whole time. Thank you again!

We tragically lost my husband suddenly to Covid earlier this year and were recommended very highly to Daniel Robinson & Sons to take care of our final goodbye .In the tragic circumstances I can honestly say that Daniel Robinson staff were the most caring , thoughtful and professional to us all in our family . From our first contact they facilitated the most wonderful goodbye to my husband.Debra Barton ( B Stortford ) was always at the end of the phone and email at any time to help us with all the arrangements , and more , and not only did Debra and her staff go the extra mile , they all went the extra hundred and more miles.Due to covid restrictions also it was such a difficult time but the care and consideration and safety measures were always at the top of the list to make sure everything went so smoothly without us as a family having to worry at all .Trevor ( B Stortford) and all the pall bearers too made us feel calm as we could on the day , they could not have taken better care of my husband for his farewell.We cannot thank all the staff enough for a most tragic day being a lovely goodbye.

We went to Daniel Robinsons in Bishop’s Stortford when my Grandad passed away, I cannot fault the service and professionalism of the team.From when we went in to make the arrangements with Scott, we felt immediately at ease that they would look after Grandad they way he deserved.We had amazing communication throughout, they took a difficult task of using a not so perfect picture for the order of service and using it in a way that honoured the amazing man he was.The day went as smoothly as you could have wished for, for such an event and I felt that the true professionalism of the staff on the day continued that which we received from the moment we arranged it.Thank you to Scott and the Daniel Robinsons team for giving a truly remarkable man a send off that he deserved and making a painful time that slightly easier for all the family.

Daniel Robinsons arranged my father in laws funeral on Mon 9th Jan 2023 and I cannot fault anything. Made a appointment ordered the headstone waited months then they had no record of us being their. But gave a great furneral

Less than communicative. Cremated the only copy of a sentimental photo with the coffin without permission.

They handled the funeral in my father with dignity and kindness 25yrs ago.They have now today been called in to manage the passing of my mother in law, I'm glad it's being dealt with by such a professional company but sadly it's never a pleasure to see them.
