Lisa at East Devon LPA assisted me and my family take this vital step getting LPAs sorted out for my parents. She provided such helpful explanations of everything involved enabling them to make some important decisions through the process. Having this arranged when we did has saved us so much stress and emotion . Having these important LPA documents in place meant we were easily able assist my parents with complex things when they most needed it.Like wills, LPAs are not the most fun or easy things to think about but Lisa made it a stress-free process and couldn't have been more patient or understanding in her consultations with us or more thorough in her preparation of the necessary forms.She also has arranged for us to get LPAs for a member of our family with Learning Disabilities and was clear and caring - and importantly not at all patronising.
