Lanes Derby Branch recently completed a job at my home. The two guys Gary & Jacob did an excellent job. They informed me of what was happening, worked extremely hard and completed the task in about 4 hours despite encountering difficulty core drilling through some very tough brickwork. On completion of the work they explained and demonstrated to me what had been done also they were meticulous in clearing away the rubble and debris from the work.These two young gentlemen are exceptional representatives for the company they work for.The work was carried out at Shardlow Rd Derby.

We’ve had a bad experience of this company. Engineer who came out massively exaggerated the issue verbally. The office promised to get back to us the same day with a quote as it was urgent.One week later we have heard nothing more. No report of the survey or problem, no quote for the remedial work and no receipt for the money we’ve paid.
