After rescheduling twice for Six, due to Covid, we missed our date as I still had the Month Feb in mind from 2021. However, we didn't receive new tickets with Jan 2022 date. I called them & explained we had missed it with no bother at all we have been rescheduled to the August performance.

Needed to change day on tickets due to a hospital appointment. Sent 2 emails with no reply. Tried calling many times but just no answer. Simply lost my money. I will never use them again, be careful.

Wish I could give this company 0 stars. Appalling customer service and complete thieves!!!! Haven't refunded me for cancelled concert, charged me £20 for a phone call to enquire about my refund. Still not been refunded and not heard from Quay tickets. SHAME on you. Avoid at all costs. Something needs to be done about this company.

Requested refund as issue with booking g which meant me and another couple double booked. My heavily pregnant partner had pur 3 year old sat on her lap.Absolute shambles of a company took me 12 weeks to get a refund, I was promised phone calls that I never received.Was told manager was now handling case but even he never called.Finally agreed to get refund and rather that 80.00 pound I received 14.I'm so disappointed in this company and I would highly recommend anyone to not use them.The only good think about the company is Molly who did manage to sort a refund even though it was a lot less than what I paid

Used to work here. It was great, lots of like minded creative theatre folk. Then they tried to turn it into a call centre. All the creative theatre folk left. Now it's a failing call centre paying insulting wages. Hence the miserable reviews. See where Quay Tickets are in five years.

I am really disgusted by how terrible the consumer services is. I booked tickets for the Van Gogh exhibition. I didn't receive the tickets. I waited for 40 minutes on the phone - no answer. I contacted them via facebook and twitter - no response. Absolutely fuming. My 5 year old litte girl has been looking forward to this exhibition and I don't even know if we can get in.

I had an evening at jack dee booked at Stockport Plaza in 2020 which was rescheduled twice due to the pandemic, with all the confusion of this i had not received my tickets. I initially contacted the Plaza and a lovely guy named Joe replied to me and explained that i would have to contact quay tickets, i did this and was advised that there was a backlog but given contact details. I rung up the number expecting a long wait and was anxious having to explain the situation if delayed shows etc but i was literally on the phone for 2 minutes with a very friendly girl whose name im afraid i cant recall and she emailed me the tickets and they arrived immediately. A gentleman named simon contacted me this evening in response to the original email apologising that they hadnt replied due to the delay. All in all cant fault the customer service. All people i emailed/spoke with were very helpful. Thank you

Terrible, unprofessional and fraudulent. I applied for a refund for the tickets that got cancelled and wasn't refunded for a month. I was then refunded less than I paid and was charged £9.98 for the call to get my refund. I have asked for a refund for this and have now been waiting for 1 and a half months for a reply when i have emailed them 4 times. A gentleman called Adam spoke to me and has now ignored all my email correspondence since!
