I came in for a coffee early Monday morning. The two younge men who served me were very polite. The cakes looked amazing and plenty of them to choose from. The place was very clean and tidy. Nicer staff and atmosphere then the starbucks stores in bournemouth Town

Really nice place. Great location for castle point, and surrounding shops. Good size, really clean and fresh and great drinks. Unfortunately, they only seem to open when they want to, and are plagued with issues. Don’t bother with reserving and collecting, twice now we have lost our order as they were not open! Costa on the opposite estate is usually open though.

Myself, my fiancé, and my parents are regulars at this Starbucks and we absolutely love it! All of the staff are so kind, friendly, and welcoming. The food and drinks are always amazing :) coming to this Starbucks for my coffee throughout the week is my little bit of joy!

Popped in for a pumpkin spiced frappucino and pumpkin shaped chocolate brownie. I find the service behind the till can be a little slow when they are busy, as they were on Saturday, but staff making drinks were quick. Had also ordered a filter coffee for my partner, which we had to wait for,as they needed to brew some more, which is not a problem, but the coffee when he got it was lukewarm at best. Still a nice Starbucks to visit, and if they are quiet, service seems a little better.

Always clean and tidy, staff are fairly friendly good coffee and cakes so much nicer than the one on the opposite side on the other retail park.
