I had lost my mojo at work and was pondering a change of direction for my career. Katie guided me through some reflection exercises, which helped me identify my skills and strengths and also visualise the type of work I wanted to do. The coaching sessions have restored my confidence in my abilities and made me realise what I would like my professional future to look like. The career coaching journey was so insightful and enjoyable and allowed me to think more broadly about possible career options and to make time to reflect on myself.
