Better arrive early as if you arrive within their 5 minute late window you’ll be refused to be seen, despite being there within the window. Rude and insulting receptionist and rude phone answering personnel.Was rescheduled to 1:45 and then the doctor was 7 minutes late herself. So am I due a refund?For £89 for a 15 minute appointment you’d think that they would try a bit harder to comply with their own policies and not try to rip off their patients.Also the building is not marked, so difficult to figure out where the clinic is. It’s in the Spaces building.

The doctor was good, the receptionist however could have cracked a smile, it wouldn't have hurt him.I was a bit concerned about paying the top up price as I had to give my card details to be put on the company's system. Please invest in a card machine.It's a useful place to go if you have a minor complaint and can't get an appointment at your own GPs, just keep in mind that it's NOT cheap. (I think for the price paid there could be a little more warmth from the receptionist and possibly the offer of refreshments while waiting to see the doctor.)

I went to the clinic for the first time and I was only 5 minutes late. In order to insure the best customer service for the patient, you need to make sure the doctor should have enough gap between patients. Therefore it’s very clear that you don’t care about your patient’s wellbeing and you are giving out slots that isn’t practical for people who are coming to visit for the first time or in general. And 5 minutes policy of yours is robbery, unprofessional.And the reception was not being helpful for rebooking the appointment or providing other services.I will get the bottom of it until I get my refund.

I don’t usually leave reviews however the doctor I saw was extremely rude and quite dismissive when I was trying to explain my symptoms. I left the surgery no further forward than when I arrived. I appreciate not everything can be diagnosed in such a small appointment slot however I think if the doctor had of made more of an effort to actively listen instead of trying to discount what I was saying, he could have at least suggested a few possibilities and pointed me in the right direction so I can take additional steps to resolve the issues I’m having. I’ve put two stars instead of one as the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The service was really nice. Unfortunately, it wasn’t helpful. My appointment was delayed and it only lasted 5 minutes. I had a problem and the doctor just said there’s nothing much to do without blood tests which cost another £260.. Just go to your normal GP for free. I’m a bit upset about it.

GP was nice but scheduling was a nightmare (I had an appointment at another LDC branch which was cancelled at the last minute and I had to run to this appointment).Prices are not clearly advertised - blood tests are advertised as £89 but they are actually £181 because you pay for a GP appointment as well. There are better deals elsewhere.

Allowed me to book a 15 minutes, only to tell me when arriving that the rescheduled appointment they arranged is for 30 minutes and therefore I have to pay double. I asked why because I only booked 15 minutes, and was told it’s a minimum of 30 for the service I require. The website shouldn’t allow me to only book 15 if this is the case. Clearly profit over concern for patient welfare. Not the fault of the staff I spoke to, but a very bad system.
