Very pleased with the quality of the products but not happy with the couriers as twice (out of approx 6 orders) my orders have been damaged in transit. The staff work hard to put things right for you as quickly as they can.

I have ongoing requirements for two sizes of mailbox. However, I will not be using Post Pack again due to the incredibly poor customer service I received.I ordered the product on 31/01/2018, and received it nearly a month later on 27/02/18.Post Pack's courier, Yodel, 'delivered' the package on 07/02/18 initially (left it in a dirty wheelie bin outside, with the driver signing for the package!) I was away at the time, and my neighbour kindly took my bins out, unaware there would have been a package inside a full rubbish bin.I proceeded to contact Post Pack via email when I was of the impression I hadn't received my package yet. No reply. I contacted Yodel. They couldn't tell me anything other than 'but it's been signed for' (per above - it turns out this was by their own driver!!)I contacted Post Pack again, this time via telephone.By this time, I was informed I was outside of the 14 days you choose to help your customers when there are issues like misplaced packages. Absolutely appalling.I corrected the customer service representative and said I'd actually emailed in previously, within the 14 day period. I had to forward on the email chain to prove this.Post Pack then finally agreed to resend my package. I received this on 27/02/18 - alongside a phone bill for in excess of £20, for the calls I'd made to their 0845 number.I emailed in, asking to be compensated for this ridiculous cost, which I'd incurred after receiving no response when trying to contact Post Pack by email, trying to get a solution to an issue which had gone unresolved for nearly a full month, but no compensation was approved. Instead, I received a bullet pointed email detailing why Post Pack were not prepared to do this, with a hyperlink to some .gov legislation (I don't really care if it's legal for them to not compensate me - this is about a service I had paid for, and what they are prepared to do for their customers to help, delight, and retain them).A couple of weeks later I then receive a sales and marketing email from their sales team.Advice to Post Pack - give your customers the benefit of the doubt. Don't be so rigid with your timeframes for when you will help them. They are your lifeline.

Postpack have a good range of postal products to choose from and we're pleased with the new slimmer version of our 330 x 330 x 100 brown postal box. However the deliveries are slow and we have to order well in advance which makes it difficult for business customers (they use Yodel).

This is the third time that my order from Post Pack has either arrived damaged, missing items, or not turned up at all. Would strongly advise against using them due to poor reliability.

They are not reliable at all. I placed 2 order with them and I had issue with both. Plus they overcharged me few days later I placed from my bank account without me agreeing on it. When you contact the support it’s yes yes but the result is no no. I’ll never work with them again.

They conned me into buying tooling, then raised the price of the product. They cancelled two orders without telling me only finding out when I chased them after the delivery date. Saying they had no way of knowing! Now one month on Im still waiting for my money back for the order they confirmed, never produced and couldnt be bothered notifying me about. Even the MD is now refusing the refund my £1000 order even though they were the ones who cancelled it. Worst supplier Ive worked with in 10 years of business.

I ordered 125 enveloppes and I received ONE (damaged in addition). Yes mistakes happen but how can someone mixed up an order of one enveloppe (and why order a single enveloppe) with 125. To be fair, they were quick to reply and arranged a new delivery. Not trusting them, I counted several times and there were only 121 enveloppes. The company managed to get tone order wrong twice. Please avoid.
