I've just got in touch with this company again as they put in a beautiful new bathroom a couple of years ago and I now need a new kitchen. The bathroom job went really well - I went on holiday and left the keys (I knew they would be trustworthy) and when I came home I had my lovely new bathroom. No mess, no fuss and at a good price. I'm really looking forward to my new kitchen in the confidence that there will be fitters who turn up when they say they are going to and do a good professional job! Thanks KBC - looking forward to my kitchen! (will post photos when completed).

Had a issue with a 6 month old bathroom one of the sink cupboard handles started to flake, got in touch with KBC and they acted quickly and swiftly to resolve the handles after the manufacturer had changed the handle sizes. Gives me great confidence if I ever have any more problems

We have just had a bathroom renovated Steve at the Hinckley branch was brilliant in aiding us with are choice’s when the fitter’s arrived they were very professional clean and tidy we had one small snag after the work was completed the head office had no problem sending someone back around to resolve the very same day if I could rate the company 10 stars I would we couldn’t be happier thanks to all the team highly recommend

Really poor service, they have made a mess of our en-suite when they did a complete refit in May 2021. We had issues within days of so called completion, when they were raised to the Hinckley they didn’t want to know and passed to their head office. I was told arrange resolve the fitting issues directly with the fitter even though I was told that it the whole refit would be managed by KBC. Since the completion we have had a leaking tap and the shower has leaked twice. More recently the flooring planks have now got noticeable gaps between which I believe is a result of poor fitting and there is now another leak from the shower which appears to be becoming from the tray. I would avoid this company. Poor fitting and poor customer service.

We used KBC for a new bathroom and kitchen in 2022. The sales people were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. No rush to make your decisions and willing to offer suggestions without being over powering for you to accept them. The fitters were fantastic, professional, experts at their trade, friendly and very reliable. Discussed any area with you and did not just go to the plan. We are delighted with the end results. Cannot recommend this company high enough. After sales was also excellent with home visits to ensure everything going to plan.

I recently had a new Kitchen and Bathroom fitted and installed from Kitchen and Bathroom Creations - The whole process from start to finish was exceptional, the staff in the showroom listened to our needs (and Budget!), were kind and courteous, and worked around our time frames and availability.The fitters arrived promptly and made sure we were kept informed at each stage of the work being carried out.There were some unforeseen issues along the way (Always going to happen when you are undertaking pretty major work on your home!) but the fitting team always made sure we were informed of these, and were quick to find a resolution!Very professional service from start to finish and would highly recommend.

This company upgraded our bathroom by ripping out old bath and wall and floor tiles. The furniture was selected at the showroom which has everything that you need on display. The fitter was very friendly and very professional giving us advice in areas that we hadn’t thought through. We were very pleased with the finished product completed in one week. One year later we detected a very small fault, the fitter arrived within 24 hours and the repair was fixed within 48. On my experience I highly recommend this company.Clifford Congrave

From initial enquiry, to fitting my fantastic new kitchen you have exceeded my expectations at every turn, so much so that I am now in discussions to renovate both my main bathroom and en-suite. We had good experiences with Gavin in the showroom, he was polite and the quality of the products has been good - 4/5We have had good comms from Vicki at KCB - 4/5We have had poor planning and project management from Neil - 2/5We have had positives and negatives with the plumber - 2.5/5We have had a few issues with the tiling - 2.5/5. They were loud and damaged our stairs and blamed the plumberOur kitchen ceiling was damaged due to mistakes made when re-seating the bath. The bath was sunk into the wall on the wrong side so they had to come back and reseat it, and used another company to assist on thisIts uncertain if we will have continued support into the future if we have any issues, they have sent an email today asking to waive the final £500, we would usually owe this at the end of the project. The waiver of the final payment is due to the issues with the tap and radiator being scratched during plumber visits, the mis-seated bathtub, the dented shower screen, poor finish on silicone and some tiles being allocated for the job which had not been inspected and show marks perhaps obtained during manufactureThe hardest part of the experience has been dealing with Neil and his brash ways, it makes the company look very unprofessional. The plumber has been good generally but most of the mistakes and small damages occurred when he returned to re-seat the bath which was not fitted correctly or identified as a problem during the planning stage. I think he would benefit alot from reducing life stress and taking more time, he is friendlyWe have also had an issue with the basin unit and the side panel coming away, its unclear if this is due to manufacturer fault, fitting, or our own behaviour. We rarely shower and mainly bathe and have a window for extraction of steam which meets regulation, we did get advised by the plumber (not KBC) to have an extractor fan but it seems this is only a regulation if you do not have a windowThe company sent a long email with many points and basically saying please accept this discount of 500 and lets go our separate ways"
