After having issues in the past with a private sale we were recommended to this garage by another satisfied customer and they really didn't disappoint. I was really badly nervous due to the last car but Ben completely put me at ease explained everything so thoroughly and repeatedly to help me understand and reassure me and always took time to answer the phone for my multiple questions. Had the car 3 months now and been amazing not one issue but I have full faith in that if there ever was it would get sorted immediately. I looked into nearly every garage I'm sure from past Newcastle to Durham and not one had a better warranty, we opted for the gold as it is pennies for the peace of mind it gives us. Lovely, honest people which you don't find often at all in the car game! And Ben is an absolute star non pushy, so lovely and most importantly honest! 11/10 recommended!
