Delicious food and not too greasy. Ordered and paid online to collect, but card didn't go through (i hadn't noticed, but i had been emailed about the payment). Had to pay again at the shop, but they don't take cards. I didn't have cash, and the closest cash machine was out of service. Had to do a bank transfer to their business account and show them that I had paid. Once i got in the car, I realised that they had charged me an extra £3 than I would have paid if I'd done it online. I went in and challenged them about it and she gave me the difference in cash.It was a bit annoying, but the food was absolutely delicious, so will definitely be going back, but remember to have cash on me the next time.

Very bad experience with our order of today....ordered the takeway at 5 and not received it yet it is know 7pm and we have not received yet...

Used to be my favourite but something has changed. Chow Mein tasteless and Szechuan Chicken just coated in sweet and sour sauce with chilli flakes. Still use plastic tubs and charge for plastic bags. Gone downhill lately.

I requested a very small amount (spoonful) of sweet and sour sauce and was told that they only sell large pots for £2.10. I heard the owner say I hadn't spent enough for them to give me some. I won't be spending anything here in the future! Very rude and appalling customer service.

My lunch time meal was awful. Hard Chips with black bits on (went straight in the bin) chicken balls were soggy, pale batter and the chicken looked uncooked. Bbq sauce was tasteless in flavour and so Salty I could not eat it .

Really bad chinese food, this place used to be just 'okay' up til like 2017/2018 ish now its different, and the food is not good what so ever anymore. I believe they are under new ownership which explains why the food is not that good anymore.

Couldn't get the order correct. This left me with disgruntled children. Nice one.

If you want food that is warm at best that takes an hour and 40 minutes to get to you after you order then please use this Chinese but if you want hot food delivered in a reasonable time then avoid, avoid, avoid!There also seemed to be a glitch with the online ordering as despite ordering 3 rice when it came there was only one and my email said I had only ordered one but this wasn’t correct. Waited a total of 1 hour 40 mins for food to arrive. I called and was given assurances that it was on its way and there was a delay? but with no sign I called again 20 mins later and then got a call from the driver (although no apology on arrival) and when it finally arrived it really wasn’t worth the wait as most of it was warm at best, nothing was hot and chips were stone cold inedible and rice seemed very salty. Also we did not chance eating the chicken balls that were extremely pink inside and were not waiting for replacement to come another hour and a half later! Will not bother ordering from here again as last time when we collected there was a very long wait too. They charge £3 for delivery but can’t see why as service wasn’t worth a penny.

Highly recommend. I got the chow mein and it was cooked to perfection. Also the staff are lovely. The young girl who took my order was super polite and helpful.
