First session last night. What a great class, was really nervous as never done this type of class before. The atmosphere was really welcoming, the environment was lovely the trainer was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I can’t wait to go back. I’m even looking at booking extra sessions.

I love my visits to Bbodysmart, I try to go twice a week for my reformer sessions but would go every day if I could. The new studio is amazing as are all the instructors and everyone is so friendly. It is also kept very very clean and tidy, fantastic place, wouldn't go anywhere else x

I went to my first Yoga class this week and absolutely loved it!The studio was lovely & super clean and everyone was so welcoming. I am a beginner and the instructor, Shelly, was fab! She helped me modify some of the moves and really put me at ease that it was ok to not be able to do everything at once and that it will all come with time.I cant wait to go back and also try some other classes! Would highly recommend

I enjoy my visit to the studio twice a week. I've disliked exercise all my life but I love Pilates. The instructors are friendly and helpful. The studio is clean and all the beds are wiped down after every class with ample space between them.
