Café Parfait
I go there multiple times through out the week with my friends and reasoning for keep going back is simply because it is such an enjoyable club! Staff there are brilliant and always so friendly and welcoming , music and vibe never fails to disappoint in either of the 2 rooms they have! And well the roof terrace I adore it’s so cosy and pretty up there perfect to go relax in and have a little chat with people under the heaters! Can’t recommend enough!!

Absolutely shocking security guards. My friend has been subject to disgusting behaviour and all the security guards had to say was “well. You should have told us when it happened. Next time, what do you do? He left a few hours ago. You’re both speaking at once, we can’t understand you. We can’t do anything now.” NO sympathy shown whatsoever. If you have been subject to this behaviour you will understand that this is not an acceptable reaction. Just because you didn’t see it happen, it does not mean you should belittle and patronise the subject. Sympathy and compassion should always be shown, regardless of whether it happened a few hours ago.

Had a great experience at Cafe Parfait on Friday night. The bartenders were friendly with drinks priced reasonably and a great selection. Music was great with two floors of music providing a brilliant atmosphere. In addition, the outdoor terrace was a great area to relax and socialise with my group! Can't recommend highly enough 5*

The bouncers are all on a power trip, the music is rubbish and the venue is dirty. Go somewhere better like switch and save your money!

Had an awful night on Saturday… paid £300 for a booth to only be served by the moodiest and unfriendliest waitress that I have ever met. When we said that we didn’t want any more drinks, we were told that we should leave. We had already paid for our bottles and only 2 of us were drinking. It wasn’t to free up space, as no one else was in the vip bit all night. Random people came into the booths that we asked to leave and the staff just left them to it. Red ball and mixer was included in the package deal but every time we asked for more we were looked at like it was an issue. The waitress came over multiple times to feel how much alcohol was left in the bottle and nearly took it away half empty. WORST CLUB IN SOUTHAMPTON, DO NOT GO.

I only asked the DJ to wish my friend her birthday over the mic but he simply denied. That's sad and not a good experience. He couldn't have taken money extra if he wanted but denial is rude.

Grade was a brilliant host great promo ceey friendly and welcoming he had a good attitude and he wore a suit on Saturday a brilliant host very impressive! He sold me on the café Parfait very energetically and strongly.
