What a great dealership, this place does not feel like a lot I have visited over the years. The whole team are extremely professional and friendly but special thanks goes to Alex, a top lad who helped me to make my final decision over a few weeks. Test drives and me mithering and changing mind weren't a problem at all. Nothing was too much trouble and by the time I picked up my car I felt like I'd made a new friend. Highly, highly recommended, even rang me a few days after to check how things were. Thanks Alex, I'm over the moon with my new MG5 EV :D

Myself & My Partner visited Holdcroft Mitsubishi/MG looking to upgrade our car. We were greeted by Alex and the rest of the friendly team who went above and beyond for us. Alex was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcomed. We had a follow up call after we purchased to ensure everything was ok and the aftercare has been great which is something you don't get from other dealerships! We purchased a MG ZS Exclusive which we absolutely love and feel we have value for money compared to other brands, as well as coming away with a 7yr warranty, services and breakdown cover included we feel we a very valued customer and I would not think twice about recommending Alex and Holdcroft Mitsubishi to anyone who was looking to purchase. I was looking for a Peugeot 3008 and found the model I was searching for at Tg Holdcroft at a very competitive price. The only thing that bothered me was it's my first time buying a car online and secondly was the long drive from Cardiff to Stoke-on-trent. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Holdcroft Mitsubishi. I live 150 miles away and leased a brand new Atlantic Grey Outlander which they had in stock without ever visiting them in person. The staff I dealt with on the phone were fantastic, I’ve had BMWs, multiple big Jaguars, Volvo etc over the years and often found dealership staff treat you with contempt or as if they are doing you a favour by selling you a car, but Holdcroft bent over backwards to help (before and after they ‘closed’ the deal).Deliver = totally awesome. I’m 150 miles from the Holdcroft Stoke on Trent, with other cars dealers have driven car here and if I’m honest it’s an anti climax to get a brand new car that’s been driven xxx miles and arrives with dirt and dead flies on it - but NOT with HOLDCROFT, my new car arrived on a branded truck driven by an extremely professional uniformed member of staff who really took his time making sure I was happy with the car (that had 4 miles on the clock and was immaculate). 10/10.

We visited Holdcroft Mitsubishi looking to replace our lancer with a newer model.Alex greeted us and showed us around 3 vehicles that interested us and gave us all the information we asked. After looking at them we chose the one that best suits our needs.Alex worked out a brilliant deal for us and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were really happy with the car. Nothing was to much trouble and everything went just as planned. After being in the motor trade for over 35 years at a independent workshop I have no problem recommending them if you are looking to buy a car, completely transparent and honest about everything from start to finish.

Having looked at moving to a hybrid at another more local MG dealership and seeing the excessive costs involved we decided we would take the actual leap of faith and go full electric instead. We booked a test drive for an MG 5 though Alex Blundred at Holdcroft but because the dealership was 70 miles away we reached a part ex deal with Alex before we made the appointment so that there were no surprises. The trade in value was extremely fair and better than anything offered elsewhere and there was no attempt to chip us down when we presented our car to Holdcroft. Whilst we liked the MG 5, the spec wasn't quite what we wanted and we talked to Alex about the MG ZS instead . He was more than happy to explain the nuances of electric cars such as how regenerative braking works etc. He even took us out in the demo vehicle to show us how the various modes worked and how to adapt our driving style.We were aware from their website that a Full electric MG ZS 70 plate had come in that day to Holdcroft but it was in the workshop being prepared. We decided to reflect overnight about whether we preferred the MG 5 or the MG ZS but before we left Alex even took us to see the actual vehicle in question so we could see condition, colour etc. The bond of trust built up by Alex was so good that we bought the MG ZS the following day over the phone without even driving the actual vehicle we were having.On the exchange day, Alex made the handover process a real pleasure. He even rang a few days later to make sure we were happy and to see if he could help answer any questions etc.When we are next in the market for an upgrade I will definitely seek Alex out as I found him easy to deal with, knowledgable, helpful and at no point pushy or hard selling. We were treated well and left feeling we had got a very good deal. Not all used car salesmen are typical of the genre. Alex was a real gentleman.
