Been to this sunbed and never had an issue from the younger members of staff walked in after not been there after a couple of years after covid and was greeted by the most unpleasant rude and obstinate individual who refused me entry as a 31 year old. What an absolute battle axe how rude. Zero customer service skills.

Clean facilities and reasonable prices. Be aware they advertise as closing at 10pm but actually the last appt is 9pm so they ' have time to clean'

I love using Indigo Sun for tanning. The shop itself is absolutely spotless clean. The staff clean the beds after each use!I love the offers that they do on the courses, absolute bargain!Some of the staff can be friendly, but others can be rude with no customer service at all. I go there for the beds though and not the staff! No harm in a smile and hello sometimes though!The beds are amazing, you can even press a button to make them spray you with water after 3 minutes.

Fabulous first time experience .. Morgan and Harriet were really professional and guided me every step of the way ... never thought a sunbed could be such a fun experience .. great atmosphere , fab music and a cooling water experience on my face .. awesome !
