Our 'not-for-profit' sailing club recently used Charisma to help find and recruit a new General Manager. The role required a broad range of skills and the timescale was very tight. Charisma pulled out all of the stops and found a first class candidate who we had no hesitation in appointing. It's going well so far! In addition, Katherine, the principal consultant who we worked with at Charisma, was extremely capable and a pleasure to work with. Overall, a 5* experience and I would gladly recommend them.
