Offered a 10yr old mattress with brand new protector- wouldn't take it as the mattress wasn't clean enough! How do you clean a mattress?! That's what the protector was for! People in Ukraine would be delighted with this offer.

Dropped off two full bags of unwanted clothes and accessories a few days ago (quite a bit of designer stuff in there), the staff don't even have the basic decency to say thank you anymore, how ungrateful. Funny how charity is just expected these days. Will have to find somewhere else.
