Saw this car on Autotrader which my Aunt liked. Rang and spoke to Rafat Islam who was very friendly and answered all our questions.Paid a deposit and travelled 80 miles to collect a few days later. After making a mobility enquiry and receiving a calll on Saturday from Lorraine who I made an appointment with for the following Tuesday as she stated she didn’t work Mondays. I travelled over an hour as I wanted to place an order. I had my mind set on this car. just to be made out like I couldn’t have spoke to her cause she’s booked off for the week. I then sat for over 20 minutes till someone finally approached me which he made clear he didn’t have much time to answer my questions (which was fine as I wasn’t booked in with him) But by then I didn’t want to deal with anyone. I asked the questions that was in my head and left. Put me off ordering with this Citroen dealers and now have to travel to the next futhur dealers to order my car. Wasted my time. Petrol. And left me upset. I was already nervous. I have to Wonder why a young black female can never be took serious these days. Thanks for nothing

I can not tell you how amazing Arafat is! From start to finish the customer service was impeccable. All my questions answered completely and everything that was said would be done was done and beyond expectations. Arafat is an absolute superstar! After an extremely stressful time with a different dealership he was so kind and helpful.

I bought a Citroen 3 years ago, although I rate the car 50:50, I was glad to get rid of the car mainly due to the abysmal customer service offered by stellantis as well as robins and day prior to it. Even though I had full warranty on the vehicle I would be made to pay for the repairs, when I cancelled the warranty on sale of the vehicle I came to know from the warranty that there was pending claim and that stellantis had not advised the part number so I did not get covered. The job cost me 300 pounds. This was just one issue, over 3 years there was not one service/repair job that went smoothly without any complaint.My sincere advice to any buyer is steer clear of this branch.

A very nice, clean showroom.Staff are very friendly and have good knowledge of the cars. They allow you sit in the cars, explore the car and its gimics.Citron, Peugeot and Abrath have all upped their car game. They have literally all the features of a Mercedes and Audi for a fraction of the price. Very practical days to have and easy to maintain.Although there is Peugot and a Abrath showroom all together; the environment feels all friendly and welcoming.
