Do not use this shop for parcel collection. They stole my parcel from DHL and saying they gave it to a yodel driver then being rude on top of it. Went there to collect and at first the son said that they didn't get it from DHL. He contacted DHL and DHL confirmed it was dropped off. He said he wasn't the one in. Fair enough but then his mom got rude. She took it for herself

Owner is extremely polite and helpful, assisted me with collect+ parcels sent via beerhawk. I'm new to the area and will use this shop not just for sending parcels but also for convenience shopping. Has a wide variety of goods for sale. Great customer service.
