The most caring and kind staff - from reception staff, nurses, physios, to the fabulous lady who encouraged my daughter to eat again after her operation. Thank you. We have a lot of experience of hospitals here in the U.K. and South Africa and this has been the best experience.

Absolutely shocking, my partner had a private scan booked here with the radiology departments and after he had an agreed ultrasound date on the 25th of feb at 1.30pm, he took annual leave off of work to attend, after leaving the house at 1pm and was halfway there they decided to phone and tell him that they made a mistake and booked the wrong individual who cannot carry out ultrasounds all they could offer was an apology without even offering to compensate for his annual leave and time which he now cannot get back. They wanted to rebook him for the following day however they seem to forget that people have busy lives and cannot just drop things at the drop of the hat. He decided to go elsewhere and not give this incompetent company any business! Especially when it’s that expensive!

Was referred by the NHS, although I strongly disagree with the concept of private health care I can see why it's popular if you can afford it. As I was being seen for free I happily took advantage of the free unlimited refreshments and enjoyed the hotel style ambiance. It was a very pleasant experience but my admiration for the NHS is unwavering.

Nuffield Hospital telephone answering service absolute rubbish….. after menu option choice on hold for ridiculous amounts of time. Right now whilst writing this review I have been waiting twenty one minutes and still waiting.For the cost we pay for private care… should be a better level ot customer communication. Disastrous

I tried to phone patient services department and waited 25 minutes then hung up. Not surewhat to do next

I had an absolute nightmare today showing up at the wrong hospital for my son's blood test. After calling and letting nuffield health know what had happened they were so lovely and polite and were happy to still see us even after showing up an hour late for our appointment.The receptionists were so lovely and Caroline the children's nurse was amazing with my 2 year old (thank you for putting up with his screaming, first time having bloods)Couldn't fault a single thing.

the most unserious clinic in England! totally unprofessional! I waited 2 weeks for an appointment for my wife! I traveled 300 miles to arrive on 17 10 22. when I got there surprise! only there is no appointment because the doctor went for a walk! then they started lying to me that they called me to tell me that the reservation was canceled, then that they didn't have my email! ordinary liars! avoid as much as you put! absolutely horrible

I have been really disappointed with the outcome of surgery for varicose veins. Surgeon and hospital staff were very pleasant and professional but cosmetically there has been limited change to the areas I highlighted at my initial consultation. After I complained the fee for a minor follow up procedure was waived but I have spent a lot of money and undergone an unpleasant procedure that I would not have gone ahead with had I known what the results would be.
