I would like to recognise Hannah for her incredible customer service. For a works event we needed lots of ice and Hannah went above and beyond on both occasions. She even helped me load the car. My customer journey was outstanding and way outside of my expectations. Genuinely, phenomenal service.

Dishonest and untrustworthy store! Placed an order on uber eats and when it arrived my 2 x 8 cans of fanta were missing! These had been replaced by 2 x 2 litre bottles. Firstly if the item was not in stock it should have been refunded and secondly 2 bottles does not suffice 16 cans that i paid £9.50 for!Will not be using this place again and my advice to others is be warned!

Considering it's a warehouse haven't got much selection like the little stores do like how they put the new glass doors on the fridge department I've noticed that food fresher than before

Massive place and always full of bargains good location as well regarding parking I always end of buying loads of stuff which I donot have to buy from supermarket shopping list it's even have halal frozen section only thing is it's gets busy on the tills because everyone comes with full baskets may be need more tills or self serve machines

You will find a lot of products and good deals. Thing is prices at the checkout often do not match those on the sticker next to the product. If you are lucky enough and you realize that the price does not match the one suggested by the sticker and you u ask the person who serves at the checkout, their behavior usually changes. They are not really friendly and sometimes can say aggressive. Shopping then is not as pleasant as it should be. That must change ! People really struggle now and this price manipulation must end!

Great place to shop. Better stock availability lately. Most staff are more than willing to help. Queues can be a pain at the till. On this visit at 7.30pm, there were 1 till open and no queues. Main issue I have is the price variance to whats online. Bit of a rip off, but some fantastic offers.....

Stocked full of frozen food, very good value on a Tuesday if you have an OAP to bring along for 10% straight off the bill plus excellent multi-buy deals from the moment you enter the shop.
