First visit yesterday. What a fantastic gem this is staff 10/10 loads of advice mega friendly too. The place wonderfully clean and tidy. As for the fish they are stunning and in top condition. After visiting a few other shops this is by far the best won't be going anywhere else from now on

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Ongoing customer service is beyond all reasonable expectations. Very high quality fish and exceptionally knowledgeable team. Thank you ! I have been to many Koi dealers over the past 20 years and would definitely recommend this shop, whether you live near or far :-)

Great shop, friendly staff. Shame they close early. Wasted trip. Off to Pets at Home I go. In response to your response. Have you tried calling your answering machine? It's inaudible. I'll remember to disregard opening hours on business doors in future and will rely on what it posted on the gate and social media (whilst standing at a locked door advertising that the business is open).

Great fish great knowledge and very friendly all you need for your pond and fish requirements. Just visited again for fish food and brought two more fish koi and a sturgeon not planned but the fish look fantastic and hard to resist very helpful and friendly looking forward to watching the fish growYup pretty much the same another year with these guys regarding fish filter system and feed all good
