Spectra Drive

Do not use this company. Disgusting service. Customer service up there with some of worst I’ve experienced. We got hit by another car nearly 5 months ago and we have only just got out car back. In the mean time we had to send back 2 of the hire cars they sent us, due to issues with them. The first one we sent back we filled the tank up and told them this, so they said no worries we will ensure the replacement comes with a full tank. It didn’t and they basically ignored all our attempts to talk to them about it. In the when we returned the 2nd car we told we didn’t want another car because our car was supposed to be ready in the next couple of weeks. Well it wasn’t, it took another 6 weeks after that due to the garage keep saying they needed longer to fix it. Again shocking to contact and deal with. When we finally got our car back when they handed handed the keys to my wife they told her there was a slow puncture in the tyre but not to worry we can just get a puncture repair kit. I mean they have the car for nearly 5 months and then return it supposedly fixed but with a puncture that wasn’t there before the accident. Anyway it wasn’t a slow puncture there was a massive screw and a stone it and it needed a full new tyre which we are now £250 out of pocket for because these crooks are just fobbing us of and pretty much ignoring us. I could not recommend using this company any less. I am so annoyed we used these.

Great company ! I was sceptical on the beginning as I've never been in car accident before. They were very helpful and understandable with my anxiety. They answered all of my questions and been really helpful. Thank to them all that process was less stressful. Thank you one again ! I can recommend them to all with no regrets! Spectra Drive did a great job from start to finish. Matt was my initial contact. He was very reassuring and helpful in my time of need, on the day of the accident.My car suffered a heavy impact from behind and was written off. Spectra Drive promptly arranged recovery of my vehicle at the scene of the accident. They also arranged storage, assessment of my vehicle's damage, provided me a hire vehicle within a couple of days and got the payout for my car, from the at fault insurer.John was my main file handler and chased my claim regularly. I also found them to be very approachable and easily available for updates.If you're ready this review, then know you are in safe trustworthy hands.Finally a big thank you to the Spectra Drive team as a whole and all the best for the future!

Awesome company! I didn't know how to deal with the accident, Spectra Drive guided me with everything and was done perfectly I had nothing to worry about. Special thanks to Matthew who made everything very easy for me. Would highly recommend Spectra Drive.

Iv dealt with these when my car was hit whilst parked I was arrassed for photos which i send 50 plus I was threatened if I didn't reply and send pictures I would be charged. I send all I had .my mum was dying at the time I explained I wasn't sending any more pictures. My car now sorted I was phoned to say I needed to sign another agreement I would not sign didn't feel comfortable. I was told to sign or be liable would not recommend these heartless horrible people

Spectra drive have been agonisingly slow, misleading in their statements and rude when questioned or chased up. At times, their employees have provided incorrect information, with no apology or acknowledgement from management when these errors came to light.The claim has already taken four months despite the third party admitting fault immediately. I regret going with them and would recommend others to avoid them in the future.Edit: More than a year later, the claim is still ongoing and their behaviour has been deplorable, even threatening at times. I strongly recommend others avoid them.

This company will pretend to be other companies in order to get your custom.

4 months since had a car hit me.Had some payment.Was told to day was going to have the rest of money in my account.Yes you quest right.Wasn't in my account. Different story if I owe you money.The staff don't know what they are talking about.There's always something they haven't told you.Need to train staff

Fantastic company. Dealt with my claim brilliantly when another driver crashed into me. Insurer didn't want to pay the hire charges but Spectra ensured they paid the hire and repairs in full without claiming on my own policy. | would highly recommend this service.

Absolutely rubbish... nearly 5 months on and still no payout! All you get now when you ring is I can't really say no more" shocking... don't let your insurance company put you onto them!The one star I had to put to post this but it would be minus 5 if i could!!!"
