I’ve had treatments done here quite a few times and have always thought the service was good. Had a particularly wonderful experience with Jackie today who was professional, helpful and all round a wonderful person! Really looking forward to getting my highlights done next week

I had a mani pedi , eyebrow tint and threading and some waxing done recently with Sonia, and she is so lovely. Extremely talented and very professional, my nails look fantastic, and the treatment was very relaxing. My eyebrows look fab, and I am pleased with that excellent service. I will be back very soon. :-)

Brad was amazing at cutting my hair and my new extensions. I was nervous as have had bad experiences but he instantly put me at ease and really knew what to do. He took ages making sure it was perfect and that i was happy. Will definitely be returning!

I paid for a blow dry this past weekend. It started off badly when the girl washing my hair clearly had zero idea how to do this properly, barely getting to my scalp and then not rinsing properly.I was then taken to the back and given the worst blow dry I’ve ever had. I asked for dead straight hair but after the guy struggled for 45 minutes in the most chaotic of fashions it was clear he has no experience and looked like he was trying to tame a wild animal despite my hair being straightforward.I then insisted on the straighteners as I could see it was a disaster. Despite 15 minutes of straightening with a hot iron my hair was still not ok. Needless to say despite it being a sunny Sunday my hair was wavy and awful within 2 hours and scalp itching as product was not removed properly.£47 and all forms of me trying to feedback has been ignored to date. Really dissatisfied and feel ripped off.

Best best best!!! I have been searching for so long for a good and pain-free waxing, and I found it!! Rekha is simply the best in the business. I think in general UK is terrible with beauty treatments like this. But Rekha changed my mind… omg she is great. If you need your hair appointment to be completed on the date and time you’ve booked for I wouldn’t recommend this place. I have been here twice and both times let down. In the summer I arrived and was told my appointment was delayed by 45 minutes, they insisted they tried to ring me but couldn’t get through. We checked if they had my correct number on file, they did, and I checked if I’d received a call, I hadn’t. There was no seating available so I was asked to sit outside on one of the public benches, this was a first for me.The second time I arrived on time, and found out they had double booked the stylist I was booked with. Despite the fact I’d paid in advance and the other client had not arrived yet, I was the one turned away.They were apologetic in both cases, I cannot fault that. But the admin processes really needs to be tightened up, or retraining needed. When I was double booked I was initially rescheduled an appointment for the following day, but shortly after cancelled and asked for a refund. Although they refunded my booking, I still got a call the following day for my whereabouts for the cancelled appointment. I can only imagine how frustrating this must be for the hairdressers themselves, missing out on clients and thinking they have appointments when they don’t.

Was really happy with the results of my cut and blow dry by Olivia. Will definitely be booking with her again :)

Wow! What an excellent salon. Had my first appointment for colour and cut today and will definitely be returning. Such a warm atmosphere with very knowledgeable stylists that listen and advise. I would highly recommend.
