The staff in this shop seem lovely until you want to return something, apparently you can't? Never heard the likes, go elsewhere.

My Daughter bought a dress from this shop for my Granddaughter.She had it on for 1hr and it came away from the seams took it back to the shop the day after and they refused a refund or credit note. Took it to a dress maker and she said it was very badly made and couldn't do anything with it.Don't waste your money here

Lovely clothes but had to wait a while waiting for staff to ask if I needed any help and then was handed folders with pictures of clothes but no prices and the staff member disappeared in to the back room.

Staff have always really helpful and considerate. Bend over backwards to help every time and nothing is too much trouble. I have used Scamps many times over the last few years for my grandchildren and wouldn't go anywhere else for the lovely designer ranges that are stocked in scamps. Lovely clothes and really helpful staff.
