Horrendous service having been told they could alter a skirt for me. They had my item for three weeks and then said they could not do it. Now left with something that needs altering in five days for a wedding

Interesting place. If you want a great experience with a plush premises and fittings don't go here. It's dingey and cramped and leaves a lot to be desired BUT if you want a good job with a professional lady of 40 yrs experience and pay a reasonable price, this is the place.

Excellent alteration service. I visited to get a pair of ladies trousers shortened. The helpful lady asked me if I needed them quickly or not. I told her I was in no rush so she said they'd be ready in a week.I collected them a week later and am very pleased with their work. I thought the £10 I paid was reasonable for the high standard of workmanship. Thank you ladies.
