We ordered a roof double glazed glass with frame, after builder had fitted it. NOW SINCE A YEAR PASSED IT HAS WATER AND STEAM BUILDING UP AND STANDING THEIR. When we contacted them they said, we can't guarantee for our products.

I don’t usually don’t write reviews but City Windows definitely warrants one. An exceptional service throughout, with the help from Aziz, who’s been really professionally and answered all our questions.Martin the fitter and his colleague turned up with a brilliant work ethic, working diligently on getting the job done! They left the windows seals and surrounding area in better state then what it started off with! They also worked around our new tiles in our bathroom without a hitch and cleaned up all the mess after.Absolutely great service, beat all the other quotes and I couldn’t fault them. Highly recommended!

My neighbour and I both used City Windows & Glass Ltd to do a new PVC front and back door the quote was the cheapest we had found. From start to finish I couldn't fault the service. I was so impressed I got a quote to do my french doors and again the best service and value for money. Can't recommend this company enough!!!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICEAfter much research on double-glazing companies, we approached City Windows to fit a UPVC back door for us. What an outstanding, professional service from start to finish! Aziz courteously answered any questions we had about the product and fitting, promptly attended the appointment to measure up, and ensured that the door arrived on schedule (in fact, it was a couple of days early). Danny and Adam, fitters, arrived on time, treated us and our home with respect, no mess and made a beautiful job of the fitting. If you want a carefree experience, qualitative products at a competitive price, and excellent customer care, City Windows is the way to go. Very impressive - we will be using them again.

Rude and unpleasant customer service. I’m private customer who just wanted broken window to be fixed/changed. At reception I was spoken to as I was stupid. Staff didn’t have patience to explain anything.

Having had problems with other companies I was recommended very highly to use City Windows & Glass Ltd. I am so glad I had our beautiful windows/doors fitted by such a great company from the very start and all the way through I was kept informed of how my order was going. ( I had ordered non standard sizes) Then a date was booked and they turned up nice and early and got straight to work. Everywhere the fitters went was dust sheeted, the guys were very polite very clean and very tidy. The quality of products and service were excellent honestly if you need windows/doors this is the company to use you will not be disappointed. Aziz thank you for our beautiful windows and doors.

City windows did the windows at the front of my house. They did a great job and i was really happy with the finished product. Their price was fair and the product was great quality. I will be using again and would recommend.

The photos tell thousand words. If you want to see results of your conservatory in such conditions as mine, then please go ahead and use this so called ' City Windows & Glass Ltd'. When I made official complaint the response was 'Flash band which is a standard recognised material used on roofs'. The staff at the city and window company is right...'Flashband is very useful for creating a water tight joint, it can be used as a temporary repair on leaking roofs etc. I did not pay thousands of pounds for them to use this a very cheap form of material to be used instead of proper 'Tin Lead' which is used by specialised conservatory companies.Please DO NOT use this company. They can be cheap in price and their work is cheaper in quality. You never know they may end up using black sticky tapes. The fitters were inexperience and didn't care about the workmanship. I admit this photo was 10 years later. But skilled people's quality job last a life time not like this shabby job. The sales person wanted to offer me commission to recommend friend and family to this company. I wouldn't dodge my friends, family or anyone for such commission. So, if someone does recommend this company to you then please be mindful and do your due diligent check. I'd say stay away from them. Apart from this problem...my conservatory doors don't close properly and bathroom windows have condensation.My front room windows were fitted by much older gentle men from a different company and they look in perfect condition. That's the difference you get ....the experience and knowledge.I am human being and have good ethic I wouldn't harm any company's reputation if it wasn't a serious issue.
