I have very little time for estate agents but felt the need to leave this review after viewing one of Ashley Woulds properties with Ashley himself leading the viewing. The property in question wasn't right for us but we left knowing that, when we find the right property, we want Ashley Would Estate Agents to sell our existing property for us. No hard sell, just honest appraisal of the properties good points, acknowledgements of potential negative issues and clear knowledge of the local market all delivered with a warmth I wasn't expecting. In a business sector renowned for sleazy sales types, Ashley was a genuine breathe of fresh air. Well done.

Well what can I say about Ashley and his team! From the moment we met Ashley, he made us feel at ease and comfortable and we were in our own home! The Whats App group set up really helped us to contact the team and we had weekly (and eventually daily) updates and all parties were chased without us having to do any of the work!Sharon made me feel relaxed when I was concerned about allowing random strangers into own home and clearly sold our house very well!! We had 8 offers 2 days later!Charlotte was amazing!! Throughout the whole experience, there were A LOT of issues but with Charlotte's support, advice and care she dealt with everything professionally, calmly and quickly - she probably went above and beyond what she needed to do so we thank you very much :)I would highly recommend Ashley and the team and thank them all for their hard work and dedication in helping our house move go as smoothly as it can! We used Ashley Would Estate Agent recently when selling our first house. Right from the start it was clear that Ashley and the amazing team (Charlotte, Jess and Sharon) offered a truly personal service, and I can hand on heart say this was the case throughout.With Ashley's knowledge, guidance and advice, the first viewing was arranged within a couple of days of going live. We never thought we would secure an offer as quickly as we did however within a day of Jess holding the first viewing, an offer was made. Once we accepted the offer, Charlotte updated us with news and progress on a weekly basis. Charlotte was proactive in seeking updates from within the chain, ensuring continued progress.While selling our first house and purchasing our forever home, we were also expecting our first child. What they say is two of the most stressful times in someone's life, it was anything but that because of Ashley and the team. Nothing was ever a problem for them and they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and prompt completion.I cannot recommend Ashley Would Estate Agent highly enough. I cannot thank Ashley and his team enough for their extreme professionalism from start to finish. Ashley was recommended to us and instantly impressed with his open and honest approach. He gave advice regarding marketing and we sold quickly as a result. However it was the regular and towards the end of completion , hourly contact that was really appreciated and important to us. Charlotte chased solicitors , updated us with news and next steps and made the experience less stressful as a result of her thorough and persistent nature.Jess and Sharon were also instrumental in the sale and keeping us updated in the months before completion.As a family business we felt there was a genuine investment in our sale and ongoing journey to completion. This is our fourth move but I have never experienced such an outstanding service before. I would recommend Ashley and his team to you unreservedly.

A really good service very pleased with how we were being updated weekly. Unlike some other estate agents we came across we have not crossed a better one than Ashley Would, they kept us in the loop at all times. Other estate agents, we had to do the work ourselves and get into contact with them to ask what is happening, however Charlotte kept updating us without us having to put pressure on them. When she was not available she made sure that her colleague Jess kept us in the loop at all times. Did not disappoint at all, the estate agents did a better job than our solicitor’s who never told us what was happening.We were quite frustrated with the solicitor’s however if we needed to we knew we could message on WhatsApp and know that we would receive a message on the same day. It is quite stressful enough as it is and everyone being busy but it helps knowing that you can rely on the agents to step in. Even at the end Charlotte and Jess kept chasing the solicitor’s up to make sure everything was done before completion and we finally got there in the end. Need more reliable estate agents like Ashley Would! If we ever need to sell a property we will be sure to contact this family business again.
