I had the pleasure of visiting John Pass in Newcastle at the weekend in order to look at a potential watch purchase. I was greeted by Lisa who made me feel very welcome and certainly treated me significantly better than I have been treated by the larger jewellery groups. The overall experience from that initial meeting was wonderful with Lisa being extremely knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the vast array of options, whilst still being honest enough to advise when a watch would not be available due to demand. Despite only going with the expectation of looking, I ended up ordering my next watch which I cannot wait for. Overall, I cannot recommend the branch enough for the experience but more so Lisa who was a delight to deal with. Thank you very much, I now have a favourite place to visit for my watches

Fantastic experience.I've had the pleasure of meeting Paul and the team at John Pass over 3 times, every experience was friendly, professional and very enjoyable. Always made to feel very welcome, no experience was never rushed.Paul in particular, gave me service above and beyond what I could have ever expected, and was able to give me my 'Holy Grail' of watches. I visited the Jewellers for the first time after seeing a watch i liked in the window. The staff were informative and helpful and l made the purchase the same day. Special mention for Hayley as she is a good listener and understands people and the product.

I had an appointment with Paul at John Pass Jewellers in Newcastle yesterday afternoon.I visited to purchase a new Omega Seamaster Professional 300M (to twin with my existing Omega Seamaster Professional Moonwatch".The appointment was made with VERY short notice & Paul did everything in his power to provide me with the perfect luxury watch buying experience.The basic functions of the watch were demonstrated & the bracelet was expertly resized while I waited.I'd like to thank Paul & the team at John Pass Jewellers in Newcastle for their ongoing excellent service & ideal customer experience.I hope to be back soon (and promise not to keep you working beyond closing time

I spoke to Matt regarding the purchase of a Rolex, being fully aware of the current availability constraints. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable throughout, allowing me to try on a variety of pieces and is clearly a credit to John Pass. A great experience compared to another AD I've visited who were far less friendly.
