Build quality of wheels is very good, but it took dealing with the USA office to resolve an issue I had.ciclismo are not willing to listen to a qualified mechanical engineer, they contradicted US office and tried to weasel out of replacing a badly designed rear hub. I recommend HED rims, but stay away from buying direct and stick to other hubs. Hope/DT Swiss/Alibaba just not HED's own.
